The general structure of this part is a hairpin, but stem length, stem GC content, and loop size should be carefully adjusted for the successful implementation of its function. The detailed relationship between their functions and structural features or sequences is concluded in the article(Zhang et al., 2019) by high-throughput screening and corresponding analysis.
